About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental Lutetia, Paris within the IT Department, the IT Manager reports to the IT Director.

As IT Manager you will be responsible for the following duties:

IT Infrastructure Management:

  • Maintenance, updates, and installations

  • Network systems administration

  • Training users

  • Assisting users

  • Supervising potential team members

  • Managing access and permissions on SharePoint + proficiency in the Microsoft Office 365 suite

Administrative Management:

  • Participates in the administrative management of the department: handling mail, emails, and phone calls

  • Adheres to hotel and departmental procedures

  • Acts as an expert in studies related to the implementation of new software

  • Contributes to the application of current service standards

  • Ensures compliance with hygiene, safety, and working condition regulations established within the organization

As Fruit Commis we expect from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Bac +3) in Network Administration
  • Experience with Opera and Simphony software is a plus
  • Preferably 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Proficiency with the following equipment and technologies: networking, switching, routing, firewalls, Wi-Fi, fiber and copper patching, servers, workstations, Windows, and Apple systems
  • Fluent in French and English is mandatory
