About the job

We are looking for a Manager IT who will be responsible for the day-to-day IT support within the hotel they are responsible for. This includes, but not limited to first line colleague support, second line guest support, IT hardware and software maintenance tasks, system event alert rectifications and routine task management.

The IT Manager is the main technical interface for the hotel on all Information Technology and Audio Visual support issues (proactive and reactive).

The IT Manager should be available weekdays for escalation and general IT Support management.

As Director of IT, you will responsible for the following duties:

  • IT Issue Troubleshooting
  • IT Issue Escalation
  • Change Request Management
  • Telephone configuration and management

 Audio Visual

  • Event Management
  • Delegation AV Management
  • Support IT Related for Meetings & Events

 IT Team Management

  • IT Rota Management
  • Daily IT Resourcing Assignment

Project Management

  • Major Project Management

Cyber Security and Compliance

  • System Vulnerability Management
  • End Point Protection Tools & Management
  • Alert Monitoring & Follow Up
  • Information Security Awareness Training
  • MOHG Information Security Policy Training
  • Implement Information Security Initiatives
  • IT Document Management for Audit

Network Management

  • Physical network troubleshooting
  • Fulfilling additional network requirements for events and special guests.

As Director of IT we expect from you: 

  • 5–8 years in IT, including 2–3 years in a managerial/senior role supporting 24/7 operations.
  • Experience in hospitality IT (PMS, POS, telephony, IPTV, door locks) strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Windows Server/AD, endpoint management (Intune/SCCM), and IT monitoring.
  • Solid networking knowledge (switching, VLANs, Wi‑Fi) and physical network troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on event AV support and special guest/event network setups.
  • Demonstrated capability in SLA management, change control, and issue escalation.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity practices (endpoint protection, vulnerability management, policy training).
  • Strong customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • On‑site availability on weekdays; work authorization in the Philippines.
  • Certifications (ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, ISO27001, PMP) are an advantage.
