About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Munich the IT Assistant is responsible for various IT tasks. The IT Assistant reports to the Director of IT.

As IT Assistant, you will responsible for the following duties:

• Supports all technology projects carried out by IT department
• Maintains knowledge of in-room technology and computer networks
• Responsible for the ongoing integrity and enhancements of the hotel’s technology
• Lvl1 and Lvl2 IT user support
• Daily task list to keep track of IT inventory in the Hotel

As IT Assistant, we expect from you:

• Certified IT or engineering knowledge, degree or other similar education background
• starting position after an IT related education or similar IT certification process
• Fluent in German and English
• Discretion and loyalty
• Good organisation skills, openness and reliability
• Willing to work on weekend if needed
