About the job

The IT Assistant is responsible for the administration and monitoring of the hotel’s IT resources, provides IT support to internal staff and hotel guests, manages and supports hotel applications, performs preventive maintenance and oversees the software and hardware asset management for the hotel.

As IT Assistant you will responsible for the following duties:

• Supports Guests & Colleagues daily.
• Assists with the IT Routine Task List.
• Assists with the IT Issues Troubleshooting.
• Follows up on IT Project Tasks.
• Follows up Cyber Security and Compliance Tasks. 

As IT Assistant, we expect from you: 

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• 1/2 years of experience as IT Professional.
• Knowledge of the technology used in the hospitality industry will be considered a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time properly.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Flexibility and Adaptability.
