To assist the Cost Controller in the day-to-day purchasing operations and to ensure that all departments of the hotel have adequate supplies to perform their duties in an efficient manner.
To work in stores and receiving as instructed by Cost Controller.
To ensure accurate and save logistics of picking up purchases and deliveries, as well as to manage the transportation/ delivery of outside.
To drive the vehicle when needed for cash purchases or to pick up the credit delivery those are not deliverable by the vendors.
