As Intern, Spa, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Support daily spa operations across reception, retail areas, consultation pods, and tea lounges under supervision.
Welcome guests warmly, assist with basic guest enquiries, and help ensure a smooth guest journey.
Assist with appointment scheduling, guest check-ins, and maintaining accurate guest information in SpaSoft.
Help maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of spa reception and public areas in line with Safe, Sound & Sustainable standards.
Support therapists with treatment room setup and clearing after treatments as required.
Observe and comply with all hotel policies, standards, confidentiality requirements, and code of conduct.
Participate actively in training, learning, and development activities related to spa operations and guest service.
Act as a positive spa and hotel ambassador while working collaboratively with spa and hotel colleagues.
As Intern, Spa, we expect from you:
Be a third-year or fourth-year student, which will be considered an advantage.
Previous internship experience in a luxury hotel environment will be considered an advantage.
Ability to understand the flow of service and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Strong computer skills, including MS Word/MS Excel/MS Outlook is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop rapport with guests/members to deliver superior customer service.
Able to communicate clearly with peers and management team.
Pleasant and polite, must be able to effectively communicate with guests/members on the telephone.
Fluent in both verbal and written communication skills, in English.
