As People & Culture Intern, you will be responsible for the following duties:
General Administration: Manage expense reports, recharges, invoices, travel arrangements, and coordinate local printing for global distribution.
Event Support: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of P&C events and meetings.
Learning & Development (L&D) Assistance: Support operating and pre-opening hotels by preparing and distributing L&D materials, documents, and supplies.
Global Learning Agenda: Aid in the coordination, maintenance, and communication of the global corporate learning agenda.
Digital Learning Support: Provide administrative support for digital learning initiatives, including reporting, dashboard maintenance, system updates, translation coordination, and other related tasks.
Team Support: Offer administrative assistance to the broader P&C team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure effective communication and provide project support.
