    • Apoyo a la Operativa Técnica: Colaborar en la ejecución y seguimiento del plan de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de las instalaciones, garantizando los estándares de confort y calidad de la propiedad.
    • Eficiencia y Sostenibilidad: Participar en el análisis de consumos energéticos (agua, gas, electricidad) y dar soporte en el desarrollo de iniciativas orientadas a la sostenibilidad y optimización de recursos.

    • Seguridad y Normativa: Conocer y aplicar los protocolos de seguridad industrial y las pautas de salud y seguridad (FLHSSE) corporativas de Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.
    • Soporte en Proyectos: Brindar apoyo administrativo y técnico en la gestión de proveedores externos, revisión de planos y actualización de la documentación técnica del hotel.
