The main focus of your job will be:

• Promptly and efficiently deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
• Set up and present in-room dining tables in a visually appealing manner, adhering to hotel standards.
• Assist guests with menu selections and provide knowledgeable recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
• Address guest inquiries and special requests with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of in-room dining service areas and equipment.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Uphold the hotel's standards of excellence in service and guest satisfaction.
