39 hours, 5 days per week

We’re looking for an In Room Dining Coordinator to join our iconic In Room Dining team.

As an In Room Dining Coordinator at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:

  • Taking Food & Beverage orders via the phone from guests, adhering to the LQA and Forbes standards at all times.
  • Providing efficient Food & Beverage service, ensuring guest and resident satisfaction is achieved throughout their experience.
  • Updating the internal system accordingly, ensuring attention to detail.
  • Demonstrating full knowledge of the In Room Dining menu and beverage list in order to make recommendations and respond to guest requests.

As an In Room Dining Coordinator, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, evening, and night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.

To be a successful In Room Dining Coordinator candidate, you will have excellent communication skills, and a focus on high quality customer service. You will display strong multitasking skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure. Previous experience within a similar role in Food & Beverage is desirable.
