We’re looking for a Restaurant Hostess to join our Food & Beverage team at Mandarin Oriental, Marrakech.

As a Restaurant Hostess, you will be the face of our dining experience, welcoming guests with genuine warmth, ensuring seamless seating arrangements, and assisting in delivering a smooth and memorable service.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a gracious, efficient seating process

• Manage restaurant reservations and waiting lists using the hotel system

• Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure smooth operations

• Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times

• Anticipate guest needs and handle special requests with professionalism

• Support the team in upholding Mandarin Oriental’s legendary service standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in Arabic, French and English

• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a genuine passion for hospitality

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
