As a Host/ Hostess at Clipper Lounge in Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, you will be responsible for
Handling restaurant reservations and enquiries
Meeting and greeting guests in a professional manner
Maintaining and updating daily record and statistics and file all relevant memorandums and correspondence properly
Performing other administrative tasks such as typing menus, drafting letters and facsimiles of confirmation
Preparing restaurant seating plans and allocate tables
Assisting Waiters/Waitresses for certain tasks during the service.
