About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental Lutetia, Paris within the Spa Department supervises the Spa Therapist team and reports to the Director of Spa.

As Head Therapist, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Supervise and lead the therapist team.
  • Train and develop therapist skills.
  • Ensure treatment quality and client satisfaction.
  • Organize schedules and manage appointments.Handle stock and inventory management.
  • Address client requests and concerns.
  • Maintain hygiene and treatment room upkeep.Contribute to service development and promotions.

As Head Therapist we expect from you:

  • You have previous experience in a similar position within the upscale hospitality sector.
  • Your interpersonal skills, active listening, and enthusiasm are true assets for this role.
  • Fluency in French and English is required, along with a third language.
