As a Head Bartender – The Aubrey at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, we expect from you:
As a Head Bartender you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from mainly evening, and night shifts and morning in the weekend (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
To be a successful Head Bartender candidate, you will have previous experience bartending and supervising in a high-quality and fast paced establishment. You have in depth drinks knowledge You will be looking for the next step in your career and ideally have worked in a night life environment.
