This position is responsible to supervise the activities manages at the hotel front desk, including check-in/ check-out, guest requests and support and promotion of in-house activities. As a Guest Service Supervisor, you will oversee the front office activities between the guest, the hotel, and the various hotel departments. A Guest Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising the activities that create the first impressions of our Guests.
Ensure effective implementation of the IMS policy and procedures
Ensure continuous training and awareness of the IMS system
Ensure OTPs are monitored and acted upon
Identify areas of improvement through CPAR or suggestions
Ensure operational compliance to legal regulations and other requirements
Identification of new activities that are in relation to EASI and HIRADC.
