Responsabilities: 

• Act all the times as Hotel Ambassador.
• Deliver items to guestrooms promptly to include: Messages, Mail & Faxes, Packages, Flowers, Sundry items requested by guests, and Gift items & Amenities.
• Initiate contact with guests entering the hotel.
• Ensure security of guestroom access.
• Understand guest inquiries and provide responses.
• Assist Doormen or Porters when appropriate.
• Other duties as deemed appropriate by the Chef Concierge and Bell Captain.
• Assist Concierge/Butler Colleagues with guest requests and services, including retrieval of theatre tickets, flowers and other items as requested.
