About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Pudong, Shanghai within the Front Office Department. The Front Office Agent reports to the Front Office manager.

As Front Office Agent, you will be responsible for the following duties:

The Front Office Agent will meet and exceed guest expectations by providing efficient and courteous Front Desk services in accordance with Legendary Quality Experiences

As Front Office Agent, we expect from you: 

• Hotel Management School Graduate
• 2 years Work experience hotel experience in a hotel of similar deluxe standing
• Able to stand for extended periods of time 
• Experience dealing with all levels including owners, corporate officers, support staff and all hotel employees
• Excellent overall communication skills
• Able to multi task
• The ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong desire to provide excellent guest service
• Must possess good command of written and verbal English Language
• Must possess good command of written and verbal Mandarin Language
• Possess a pleasant and outgoing personality
