Mandarin Oriental Lutetia, Paris is looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our Front Office team.

About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental Lutetia, Paris within the Front Office Department, the Front Desk Agent is in charge of welcoming guest in hotel.

As Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Welcoming guests in line with established procedures before, during, and after their stay.
  • Ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any needs.
  • Handling check-ins and check-outs.
  • Escorting guests to their rooms.Anticipating guest expectations and providing exceptional service.
  • Applying Forbes quality standards.
  • Managing billing and cash float.

As Front Desk Agent we expect from you:

  • You have a 2 years experience in a similar position within the upscale hospitality sector.
  • Your interpersonal skills, active listening, and enthusiasm are true assets for this role.
  • Fluency in English and French is required, along with a third language.
  • Knowledge of Opera (PMS) is preferred.
