Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage departments.
Manage staff responsibilities, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
Ensure compliance with HACCP and FLHSS regulations.
Develop and implement menus and pricing strategies.
Monitor inventory levels and manage the procurement of supplies.
Work closely with Executive Chefs to ensure high standards of food quality.
Address customer complaints and gather feedback.
Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and overall profitability.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years food & beverage working experience in luxury hotel of which at least 1 year in a similar capacity.
A proven track record of success in a similar role, showing you have the capability to build customer loyalty and guest satisfaction, delivering, profit and controlling costs.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Highly responsible & reliable.
Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous.
