About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within Rooms Division in Hong Kong, the Floor Supervisor is responsible in keeping the hotel guest rooms, corridors, back of the house and all company assets in a perfect state of cleaning and supervising the Room Attendants on the assigned floor. The Floor Supervisor reports to the Assistant Housekeeper.

As Floor Supervisor​, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Supervise Room Attendants on the assigned floors

• Handle and follow up on guest requests and provide prompt services

• Responsible for checking and releasing guest rooms

• Responsible for cleanliness of guest rooms and adjoining public area

• Organise manpower assignment

• Organise and control deep cleaning

• Organise supply and maintain pantry inventories

As Floor Supervisor​, we expect from you:

• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience with at least 1 year at supervisory level 

• Good organisation skills 

• Good communication skills and written knowledge in both English and Chinese 

• With knowledge in housekeeping equipment 

• Shift duty is required
