Assist in preparing feasibility studies for the assessment of potential hotel sites and management opportunities by:
Preparing financial models.
Conducting financial and operational analysis (leverage various reports, systems, internet, etc.) as needed for input to development projects.
Gathering operating data, relevant market information, as well as performing other primary market research in regard to economic, demographic, and urban development trends, and competitive lodging market performance.
Compiling financial comparable to be used in creation of financial projections.
Contribute to the team’s knowledge base through specific and targeted assignments in relevant areas of interest.
CANDIDATE PROFILE - KEY TALENTS AND EXPERIENCE DESIRED
The minimum requirements and qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Economics, Accounting or Hospitality).
A minimum of three years of work experience with related analytical experience.
High attention to detail.
Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality.
Prior hotel operations and market analysis experience highly regarded.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, including Teams, excel, word processing and graphic presentation software programs.
