F&B OUTLET SUPERVISOR
Mandarin Oriental, Lago di Como’s F&B Outlet Supervisor is in charge of managing the outlet’s daily operations together with the Outlet Manager, ensuring that the company’s high-quality standards are always met.
Duties and responsibilities:
Provide guidance, support, feedback, and training to develop the team’s skills and performance
Lead the team to ensure a smooth and guest-focused service across the outlet
Follow the schedule and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner
Deliver an attentive and professional service and create memorable guests’ experiences
Ensure that the outlet’s back and front areas are clean and tidy at all times
Identify areas for improvement in service and quality and share observations and recommendations with the management team
Maintain an excellent product knowledge and promote food, beverage, and service offerings
Uphold Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group’s high standards of service, hygiene, and cleanliness
Ensure an accurate accounting and adherence to operational procedures
Take ownership of problem-solving and support the team in daily challenges
Requirements:
Degree in Hospitality or a related field
2-years' experience in a similar role, ideally in luxury hospitality
Proven experience leading and developing teams in Food & Beverage
Fluency in Italian and English
