We are looking for an Executive Chef to join our famous restaurant Ling Ling by HAKKASAN!
Ling Ling is the experience signed by Hakkasan. This Restaurant and Bar concept is very popular in Asia among connoisseurs and fine palates, and offers modern small Cantonese dishes to share that are simply sublime. Guests can also enjoy an innovative list of cocktails, all in an eclectic and musical atmosphere, with its magnificent view of the olive trees and the hotel pools.
The Executive Chef is responsible for the overall culinary output of the Ling Ling restaurant.
He is to ensure a good working environment and employee relations and should further be responsible for the training and professional development of all kitchen members.
He is to ensure, that agreed quality, hygiene and other standards are kept or surpassed, at all times, by his subordinates.
He needs to be cost conscious and quality orientated and has to have the ability to pass this on to his subordinates.
