About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within Exceptional Experience Centre in Hong Kong, the Exceptional Experience Officer is responsible for performing the technical operations of the PABX equipment & restaurant reservation system and always delivers quality services to our guests in line with the company standards. The Exceptional Experience Officer reports to the Exceptional Experience Manager under Rooms Division with a dotted line to Food & Beverage Division.

As Exceptional Experience Officer, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Answer guest telephone enquiries in a professional and efficient manner and offer assistance to guests
• Work and communicate closely with other departments in replying guest enquiries
• Operate the switchboard according to policies and procedures set by Exceptional Experience Manager.

As Exceptional Experience Officer, we expect from you:

• Diploma graduate in Hospitality or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year guest services experience in hospitality industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of English and Chinese; Putonghua will be an advantage
• Willing to work shift duty.
