Duties and responsibilities: 

  • Assist guests via e-mail and by phone with their requests and plans for their stay in our Resort and Lake Como 

  • Create special conversations with guests, which identify personal preferences in order to record them in each guest's profile history 

  • Be proactive and anticipate the complete requirements to make the experience a real success 

  • Organize all transportation requirements for hotel guests, having an in-depth knowledge of directions, travel time and costs of various transport options 

  • Answer to guest queries by e-mail demonstrating first-hand knowledge, meticulous research and local expertise through description and superb recommendation within or outside the Resort 

  • Provide guests with a confirmation e-mail for dining reservations, transportation, activities and other leisure experiences 

  • Share all important information to management and other departments’ colleagues related to guest’s experience or suppliers 

  • Be aware of all daily events in the Resort or other situations that might impact our guests’ stay 

  • Interact with the guests in person during their stay if necessary 

 

Requirements: 

  • Two-years experience in the luxury hospitality or travel industry 

  • Full proficiency in English and Italian; an additional language is preferred 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Able to work well in a team environment 

  • Be professional and possess excellent presentation, organization  and effective time-management skills 

  • Flexible schedules and working hours 

  • Available to work on weekends and holidays
