As a Duty Technician in Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, you will be responsible for

• Assist Duty Engineer to resolve any problems or guest complaints

• Operate, inspect, repair and maintain all other plants as instructed by the Duty Engineer

• Able to handle ad hoc issues

• Report any abnormal incidents and discuss with direct supervisor

• Shift work is required

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

• Holder of relevant certificate

• Experience in luxury hotels or Club House would be an advantage

• Good command of spoken English and Chinese

職責:

• 協助值班工程師解決問題或客人的投訴

• 按照值班工程師的指示操作、檢查、修理和維護所有其他設備

• 處理突發工程

• 報告任何異常事件並直接與主管討論疑問

• 需輪班工作

入職要求:

• 至少1年相關經驗

• 擁有相關畢業證書 

• 曾在酒店或會所工作者優先考慮 

• 基本英語，流利廣東話
