Duties and responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests
Bring guests to Como center and back to the resort responsibly driving our ID Buzz
Answer guests' questions regarding local attractions, hotel amenities and other available services
Report any security or safety problems, safety hazards and potential security problems to the supervisor
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and clean driving records
Ability to communicate professionally
Full proficiency in English and Italian; an additional language is preferred
Good standing and neat appearance
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
Experience driving vehicles with both manual and automatic transmission
