Responsabilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for MOHG to achieve revenue goals from Latin America for Madrid.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across the continent.
Set clear targets for each market, monitor, and implement sales strategies, always collaborating and communicating with MO teams within assigned territory.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Collaborate with hotel sales, marketing, and operational teams to ensure a unified approach to brand representation and revenue generation.
Represent our brand at key industry events, enhancing visibility and strengthening our market position.
Deliver regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and strategic initiatives.
Uphold the highest standards of brand integrity and service excellence in all endeavors.
Requirements
Degree in business, Hospitality Management, or related field.
5+ years of proven sales experience in the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry, including leadership roles.
Deep understanding of the luxury hotel market dynamics in Latin America with a network in luxury travel and hospitality.
Proven track record of success in revenue generation in Latin America
Exceptional, communication, negotiation skills and ability to close business
Have a passion for innovation, luxury, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
Pre-existing skills in some of hotel sales systems desirable. (PMS, Salesforce and Hotelligence).
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Excellent grooming standards.
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
Ability to work well under time pressure and/or demanding travel schedules
A passion for sales and target-based performance.
Flexibility to travel internationally and host evening FAM trips
