The Director of Rooms reports to the Hotel Manager and oversees directly all Front Office and Housekeeping colleagues, including Front Office Manager, Executive Housekeeper, Telephone Manager, Chief Concierge, and Chief Butler.

Requirements
Educational level
·Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management
Work experience
·At least 2 years experience at the same position in a hotel of similar deluxe international standard
Job knowledge
In depth knowledge of Housekeeping, Front Office and Laundry operations
Knowledge of Revenue management, PMS and reservations
Experience dealing with all levels including owners, corporate offices, support staff and all hotel employees
Excellent overall communication skills
Able to multi-tasks
The ability to work well in a team environment
Knowledge on contract skill experiences
Knowledge efficiency on complain handling situation
Train the trainer
Personal qualities
Good knowledge of MS office software and hotel PMS
Must possess a good written and verbal command of the English Language
