About the job 

Based at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong within Sales & Marketing Division in Hong Kong, the Director of Revenue Management is responsible for driving all aspects of top line revenue strategies and setting the hotel’s strategic business direction and positioning by balancing financial objectives, managing the channels, to maximize revenue and growth in market share performance. The Director of Revenue Management reports to the Director of Commercial Strategy. 

As Director of Revenue Management, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Develop and execute the hotel’s revenue strategy in alignment with MOHG brand philosophies and commercial objectives

  • Provide strategic direction on pricing, inventory, distribution and channel management across all market segments, supported by market, demand and competitive set analysis

  • Lead and coordinate revenue strategies between Corporate Revenue Management and on‑property leadership, ensuring timely implementation and adjustment as market conditions evolve

  • Partner with Marketing Communications to shape strategic offers and campaigns, both online and offline, tailored to specific markets, countries and demand drivers

  • In collaboration with the Director of Commercial Strategy, evaluate channel performance and optimize marketing spend allocation across distribution channels

  • Oversee the hotel’s positioning across all distribution channels, ensuring accuracy of content, pricing parity and competitive standing

  • Maintain continual awareness of current and future competitors, including product developments, pricing strategies, renovations, capacity and market movements

  • Proactively analyze and communicate booking pace, demand trends, market share performance and forecast variances versus Budget, Last Year and Last Month

  • Oversee demand forecasting processes for transient, group and catering business, including continual improvement of group forecasting accuracy

  • Establish and maintain rational and effective pricing strategies for rooms, function space and other revenue streams across all MOHG‑approved channels

  • Lead the annual pricing process for transient, group and catering segments

  • Prepare and lead revenue strategy meetings, including the revenue strategy packet and performance reviews

  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of reservation systems and distribution channels to support data‑driven decision‑making

  • Identify and implement event‑specific and destination‑driven revenue strategies in response to key demand periods and market opportunities

  • Perform or coordinate all daily, weekly, monthly and annual revenue management activities in accordance with MOHG standards

As Director of Revenue Management, we expect from you:

  • Degree holder in Business Management, Hospitality Management or relevant discipline

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience and at least 2 years in managerial level or of similar capacity, preferably in luxury hotel

  • Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

  • Good business acumen with strong analytical mind and numerical skills in implementing revenue strategies

  • Good understanding of pricing strategies, forecasting, distribution channels and revenue optimization tools and systems

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with all levels of stakeholders

  • Proactive, commercially driven and result‑oriented mindset
