The Hotel:

Overview
The hotel Director of IT is responsible for the compliance of the IT and AV environment within the hotel or hotels they are responsible for. This includes, but not limited to Payment Card Industry (PCI) regulations, local data regulations, network security compliance and regulations, end of life management and planning, project management, budget planning, MOHG PS&G and GARM compliance and routine task management. The Director of IT is the main technical interface between the hotel operations and the corporate function of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. The Director of IT responsibilities are separate from the hotel IT Support team and should be available weekdays for escalation, colleague engagements, and corporate IT critical tasks or follow up.
