The main focus of your job will be:
Preparation of selected dishes according to restaurant standards
Organisation and maintenance of the workplace in accordance with hygiene standards
Working with the kitchen team to develop new menus
Managing inventory and ordering ingredients
Maintaining food quality and safety standards
Working in short/long week mode
What we expect from you:
At least 2 years of experience in the field
Knowledge of gastronomic techniques and trends
Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high standard of quality
Communication and team spirit
Willingness to continuously improve and learn new things
Knowledge of Czech and English at a communicative level
