As a Demi Chef de Partie in The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, you will be responsible for

  • Maintain the smooth running of the day-to-day operational procedures in the kitchen

  • Ensure neatness and cleanliness of refrigerators and service area

  • Maintain good relations with other sections for distribution of workload

  • Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the department head from time to time

Requirements

  • Solid experience in hotels or reputable restaurants

  • Pleasant, self-motivated, detail-orientated and able to work independently

  • Good food & beverage and menu planning knowledge

  • Good organising, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good command of both spoken Chinese and English
