Prepare and cook Asian-inspired dishes, ensuring consistency and high standards in quality, taste, and presentation. Assist the Chef de Partie in overseeing daily kitchen operations and maintaining food safety standards. Ensure all food preparation and cooking are performed in accordance with established recipes and portion controls. Assist in the development of new menu items, incorporating traditional and contemporary Asian flavors and techniques. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management. Stay updated on current food trends, particularly in Asian cuisine, and introduce new ideas where appropriate. Adhere to health and safety regulations and sanitation standards at all times.
