About the job

Based at Mandarin Oriental Lutetia, Paris within the Conciergerie department, the Concierge reports to the Chief Concierge.

As Concierge you will be responsible for the following duties:

• You are responsible for the guest experience throughout their entire stay.

• You are in charge of welcoming guests and promoting the service offerings of the Mandarin Oriental Lutetia, Paris.

• You oversee the organization and booking of all tourist and cultural services requested by our guests.

• You work closely with external service providers.

• You contribute to the management and supervision of the staff assigned to the concierge desk.

• You manage the team of Doormen, Valet Parkers, and Bellmen.

As Concierge we expect from you:

• You graduated from a specialized concierge school.
• You have at least two years of experience in a similar position within a five-star hotel or palace.
• You are fully fluent in both English and French.
• Membership in Les Clefs d'Or would be an asset.
