As a Commis 3 in The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, you will be responsible for

• Assist in the smooth running of the day-to-day operational procedures in the kitchen

• Ensure the neatness and cleanliness of refrigerators and service area

• Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the department head from time to time

Requirements:

• With relevant culinary academic background or hotel experience. Experience in luxury hotels or reputable restaurants would be an advantage

• Self-motivated, Willing to learn with positive mindset

• A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command of spoken English and Chinese
