We are currently looking for talented and highly driven:

Chef(fe) de Partie specialised in Lebanese cuisine


The Chef de Partie is responsible for the production of food at the station assigned to him/her by his/her line manager. He/she must maintain the highest standards of quality, service and products.

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Check all orders placed and manage costs.
  • Checking goods deliveries, quality, freshness, quantity and costs.
  • Ordering products for his/her section, under the supervision of his/her line manager
  • Ensuring the production of impeccable food of excellent quality.
  • In collaboration with the Chef de Cuisine, discuss customers' impressions of the food with those in charge of the dining room.
  • In collaboration with the Chef de Cuisine, participate in dealing with any customer dissatisfaction.
  • Complying with safety regulations 
  • Complying with hygiene regulations and cleanliness within the framework of the HACCP guidelines

Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Lebanese cuisine essential
  • 2-3 years' relevant experience
  • A completed vocational training in the upscale hotel industry or gastronomy.
  • High level of expertise in beverage knowledge, especially about cocktails
  • Communicative skills - guests will contact you with complaints as well as positive feedback    
  • High level of commitment as well as a structured, results-oriented and independent way of working   
  • Engaging communication and expression skills, open-mindedness as well as teamwork skills    
  • Flexibility and resilience - your position includes weekend and holiday shifts   
  • Fluent in French & English mandatory
  • The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for service, food, lots of flair and creativity
  • Must be of smart appearance with excellent personal hygiene standards
