About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo / within the Signature Kitchen in Tokyo, the Chef de Partie is responsible for the support in the station assigned to them by the Chef de Cuisine or the Sous Chef, motivated and passionate they are helping the team to prepare the daily mise an place and maintain cleanliness and keeping hygiene standards in the assigned area. The Chef de Partie reports to Chef de Cuisine.
