•The Chef De Partie is assisting the Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef with the production and quality control of all foods prepared in his/her respective area section.

The Commis is responsible for running the assigned kitchen station efficiently and effectively. He/she is to ensure, that the agreed quality, hygiene and other standards are kept or surpassed at all times.
