About the job
As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation of regional brand programmes, content marketing, marketing initiatives and experiential activations as well as support new hotel openings, rebrands, operating hotels and special projects.
The Brand Manager, Greater China reports to the Regional Brand Director, Greater China.
Support the Regional Brand Director with the execution of the go-to-market strategies and contribute to the annual brand planning process for the Greater China region
Participate to the regional rollout of short and long-term brand campaigns and support the deployment of all initiatives across partnerships, brand collaborations, experiential activation, content marketing, social media, paid media and other relevant advertising/marketing communication channels
Liaise with agencies, brands and third-party collaborators to ensure exceptional regional delivery of brand experience, resulting in stronger brand equity
Support new openings, rebrands, relaunches and special projects
Ensure photography, content, collaterals and visual assets created by hotels are of high quality, reflecting the brand image effectively and telling a compelling story
Support the marketing teams on property and guide them to ensure successful delivery of a variety of brand projects that support the Group’s strategic objectives
Measure and report performance of all the regional brand campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs
Analyse customer insights, market trends and marketing best practices to support building successful strategies.
Continually seek out and implement new ideas for increasing brand awareness in the region
Perform other duties as necessary to support the objectives of the brand in the region
At least 2 or 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the Travel & Hospitality industry, Fashion or Luxury Goods
Strong copywriting and editing skills in Chinese suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful Wechat/Rednote post to using effective storytelling techniques for the website.
Great project management skills
Detailed oriented, excellent computer skills necessary
Ability to think creatively and innovatively
In-depth understanding of the luxury scene and familiarity with the latest trends
