Duties and responsibilities:
Assist guests with car doors upon their arrival
Offer guests a warm “Welcome” and a sincere “Farewell”
Able to exert physical effort in placing, removing and transporting guest luggage
Deliver upon check-in and remove luggage upon check-out from guests’ rooms
Handle luggage promptly and safely
Maintain the cleanliness of the driveway and entrance
Handle delivery and storage of guests’ items and baggage
Park safely the guests’ cars in the resort’s parking lot
Check arrival and departure reports to anticipate the guests’ needs
Be familiar with the room’s products and services that are offered, including IT equipment
Perform Mandarin Oriental’s standards in accordance with Legendary Quality Experience’s principles
Perform all the duties as deemed appropriate by management
Requirements:
Fluent in both Italian and English
Minimum of 1-year-experience in a 5-star luxury hotel
