Source, interview and select casual labour employees with the approval of the Banquet Managers.
Ensure casual labour's attedance and follow up/check on the latecomer or absentees and find replacement where necessary.
Update total casual labour forecast and send to the Cost & Asset Control Manager daily
Ensure all casual labours' grooming conforms to the standard set by the Hotel
Send daily event order to F&B Administrator, Concierge and Duty Manager.
Collect Banquet Event Order (BEO) and file. Prepare food tag, signage, and distribute carpark coupons to Managers and Executives for following day's events accordingly to the BEO requirements
Assist in answering telephone calls and attend to enquiries when necessary
Update Banquet Team's weekly roster
Requisite for department’s General Store and Stationary items
Any reasonable assignments as assigned by Director of Banquet Operations and Banquet Operations Manager
Job Requirements:
Service-oriented team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast pace environment
