Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in all aspects: verbal, written and non-verbal
• Fluent in Turkish and English. Additional languages would be beneficial
• Professional and appropriate business appearance and presentation
• Quality driven with a passion for excellence.
• Must possess excellent organizational and administrative skills and interpersonal skills
• Approachable, open-minded and fair
• At least 3 years luxury hotel experience 

Duties and Supporting Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and international leisure travel partners.
• Actively prospect and generate new business from leisure markets through outbound calls, sales visits, tradeshows, and roadshows.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of annual sales plans and strategies for the leisure market.
• Handle RFPs and contract negotiations for FITs, wholesale, and luxury travel agencies.
• Organize and host familiarization (FAM) trips and site inspections for travel agents and partners.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns and promotions with leisure sales initiatives.
• Work closely with the reservations and revenue teams to optimize leisure segment pricing and availability.
• Monitor and report on competitor activity, market trends, and performance metrics.
• Represent the hotel at key industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
• Ensure excellent follow-through and client communication to secure repeat and long-term business.
• Communicate with Regional Sales Offices in assigned territories, to maximize sales opportunities.
