ASSISTANT LAUNDRY & VALET MANAGER,

 39 hours, 5 days per week

As a Laundry & Valet Manager at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London we expect from you:

To manage and provide operational support over a 24 hour operation which is required as per business level demands 

To provide guests with requested services always, ensuring all queries are handled to achieve full satisfaction 

To train, coach and guide your colleagues, ensuring Mandarin Oriental Service standards are adhered to

To support the Laundry and Valet manager in all aspects of departmental administration  

As an Assistant Laundry & Valet Manager you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.  

To be a successful Assistant Laundry & Valet Manager candidate, you will be eager to learn and flexible in your approach.  You will have experience managing a team and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
