Operate the Reception Desk properly, efficiently, and with profitability
Supervise and assist Guest Service Agents with their duties.
Maintain all department files and ensure that paperwork is kept to a minimum
Ensure that sufficient stationery is available for the daily operation.
Identify quality improvement trends and effectively communicate issues to the assistant front office manager.
Ensure and maintain high personal hygiene, behavior, and grooming for all colleagues.
Cooperate and coordinate teamwork with other departments.
Handle all guest complaints and comments relating to the department tactfully.
Sustainable Responsibilities:
This role involves implementing eco-friendly practices, educating guests/colleagues on sustainable initiatives, and continuously seeking ways to minimize the hotel's environmental footprint.
Knowledge of waste sorting and recycling procedures. Energy Conservation: Water Conservation.

Requirements:
Strong communication skills in both languages (Arabic & English)
