As an Assistant Accountant in Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, you will be responsible for

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial statement and accounting reports on a timely basis

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, costing and data analysis, etc.

• Responsible for month-end and year-end closing

• Prepare Accounts Reconciliation monthly

• Supervise the accounting officers and manage all aspects of accounting and financial functions

• Job scope will cover the two Mandarin Oriental hotels in Hong Kong.

• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or related disciplines

• Above 3 years of relevant experience

• Previous experience in hospitality industry is an advantage

• Familiar with experience in computerized accounting system, SUN System

• Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese

• Self-initiative, attentive to details and with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Proactive, detailed-oriented, hands on, multi-tasking and able to work independently and under pressure

• Immediate available will be an advantage.
