YOUR DUTIES

• Control of daily revenues and ensuring weekly and timely reporting.
• Uniform control of revenues, according to legal requirements, in order to provide sufficient information
• Processing of daily expenses from the Food & Beverage and Rooms departments.
• Control of all invoices within the house
• Ensure adequate control of vouchers, certificates and receipts
• Coordination of documentation and paperwork
• Preparing and supporting internal and external audits
• Developing reports, presentations and documentation
• Collaboration with internal and external colleagues and partners

YOUR PROFILE                

• successfully completed vocational training in hotel industry, commercial training or studies
• first professional experience in accounting
• very good MS Office knowledge, strong Excel skills
• excellent communication 
• high attention to detail, structured way of working and quick learning ability
• very good German and English language skills
