  • Responsible for all the bookkeeping function of the hotel with the main purpose of a timely monthly closing of the books, which will include the preparation of all monthly journal vouchers.
  • Preparation of all accounting reports in accordance with set policy and distributing such on a timely basis.
  • Reconcile and coordinate on a monthly basis the completion of all general ledgers accounts, with proper supporting files.
  • Direct supervision on a day to day the management and operational function of the Accounts Payable section.
  • Maintain proper records of all project expenditures and related fixed asset accounts
  • Maintain and control budgeted expenditure for Group and International Marketing, including FF&E, operating equipment and all reserves account.
  • Responsible in the coordination of all SUN system day to day operation for all sections in the Accounting and Materials Management Department.
  • Prepare and coordinate monthly tax payments and reports with taxation authorities.  Liaise with taxation department in regard to all taxation related matters with assistance of the Assistant Controller.
  • Prepare all monthly statistical reports as and when required by the government authorities
  • Supervise and control all sections in the accounting office as to their day to day work administration.
  • Perform any tasks as assigned by the Management.
