5. Expertise in risk management.
6. Experience in coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and consultants.
7. Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities.
8. Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
9. Ability to monitor project costs and ensure financial targets are met.
10. Ensuring all projects adhere to quality standards.
11. Conducting regular site visits and inspections to ensure project progress and quality.
12. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and ensuring compliance on all projects.

Requirements:

1. Certification in Project Management is preferred.
2. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in architecture and project management.
3. Proven track record of managing diverse-scale architectural projects.
4. Excellent presentation and proactive communication skills in both verbal and written in English and Thai.
