 Il tirocinante sarà inserito all’interno del reparto Finance dove verrà formato alle attività e alle procedure nel pieno rispetto degli standard qualitativi aziendali MOHG.

La risorsa si occuperà principalmente di Supportare l’addetto alla contabilità fornitori ed al cost controller:

• Gestione form Fornitori
• Stampa ed archiviazione di fatture passive
• Supporto nella gestione di ordini acquisto e smistamento fatture ai relativi dipartimenti.
• Archiviazione documenti fiscali quali registri iva e modelli F24.
• Conoscenza delle procedure aziendali
• Assistenza nello svolgimento dei compiti quotidiani
• Assistenza amministrativa
• Supporto ai progetti del reparto Finance

Lo stage sarà focalizzato soprattutto sul ciclo passivo con particolare attenzione alle attività svolte dall’accounts payable e dal cost controller.
